Bill Harley is an award-winning author, recording and performing artist. Recipient of two Grammy awards for his spoken word recordings, Bill's work paints a vibrant and hilarious picture of growing up, schooling and family life. In slice-of-life vignettes Bill uses humor and a fine-tuned sense of the ridiculous to illuminate universal truths. A celebration of commonality and humanity through song and story, Bill combines his wry observations and narratives with well-crafted folk, pop, and rock music. Awarded the lifetime achievement award from RI Council for the Humanities in 2010 and an honorary degree from Hamilton College in 2015, Bill tours nationwide as an author, performing artist and keynote speaker.
