Bill holds a Masters in Fine Arts in Creative Writing for The Performing Arts, is a graduate of the Vermont College of the Arts Writing program, studied Film Production at City College of San Francisco, and Theatrical Set-building at St. Paul Technical Vocational Institute.

He is a founding actor of Epic West - Center for the Study of Bertolt Brecht, Berkeley CA, and The Minnesota Ensemble Theater, Minneapolis.

Bill's wife Aleka Corwin teaches Art for the City of Glendale, CA, and their two daughters claim the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts as their alma mater.
