South Carolina Storytelling Network
Founded in 2001, this South Carolina group is dedicated to increasing the
appreciation of storytelling and listening, and the proficiency of South
Carolina Storytellers. Publishes an annual directory, quarterly newsletter
and sponsors training and storytelling opportunities throughout the

Storytelling Troupe of Charleston
The Storytelling Troupe of Charleston was founded in 1991 by a group of
Lowcountry enthusiasts who enjoy a good story told well. Its mission is to
engage and educate the community about the necessity and delight of
Storytelling. Members meet monthly to share stories, resources,
opportunities & to offer each other insight on storytelling techniques

A troupe formed of tellers from eastern S.C and western Ga. in 1987; have
