The Contract Voucher Form is used to process a student’s fees. The Contract Voucher Form and payment must be mailed to National Storytelling Network, 132 Boone Street, Suite 5, Jonesborough, TN 37659.

1.  In order to receive the in-state tuition price, the student must obtain and complete a Contract Voucher Form from National Storytelling Network. 

2.  The form must be filled out by the student submitting the form to NSN for approval/signature and sent along with tuition payment.

3. After NSN has signed the form, they will fax/mail it to ETSU. 

Faxing/mailing the voucher form to ETSU does not register a student.  
The employee/student must follow the normal registration process.

THE STUDENT MUST REGISTER AND THE FEE PAYMENT PROCESS STARTED BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASSES EACH SEMESTER OR THE STUDENT WILL BE PURGED FROM CLASSES. A late fee is assessed if a student registers or is re-registered after the first day of classes.
