The much-loved children’s program Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood was filmed in Pittsburgh and has been an important part of the city for nearly four decades.
Mr. McFeely and other members of the cast and staff will discuss the place of storytellers on the show and participate in a question and answer session you won’t want to miss.

The Future of the Storytelling Community Panel culminates all the thinking and discussions on the conference theme. Distinguished members of the storytelling community discuss where future storytellers will come from, impacts of new technology on storytelling, new models of performance, and other issues.
Closing Ceremony — Participate in the Storytelling Community where everyone can contribute their thoughts and feelings from the weekend. Attendees will be split into groups and asked to boil down the conference experience to one word. The words will become part of a video montage of the conference and all that was learned.
