Asheville, NC. Family Passport. Please join us this Saturday and every Saturday at 11am for a journey into theatre from the storytellers' fireside. Each program will be different and will always be for Families!
The first program was all about making it through the storm and included the Heroic Climb of Itsy Bitsy Spider as well the tale of Hurricane Betsy, 1965. Afterwards we all folded newspaper boats and learned the story of the Captain's Life Jackets. This week I will be telling tales about our animal friends from Coyote to Caterpillar. Afterwards we will make paper butterflies to fly away home. Come this Saturday and you get a two-for-one discount on the July 1 show! Here's a link to the NC Stage website for more information: North Carolina Stage Company (www.ncstage.org)
